ONCE PIECE PISTON/CANCELLER FOR AT/CVT |
Regarding the automatic transmission or CVJ transmission, which is recently becoming popular, O-Ring, D-Ring or lip seal was used by assembling to aluminum piston or cancel cover. However, as the customer's demand to make the unit smaller, or to improve the response, Keeper developed the products that rubber is molded to press parts. Canceller is used as the component to control each gears. This part is used as a component of clutch pack for Yunit maker. Recently, this parts actively used for recent cars. (500,000pcs. / month)
Former aluminum part is made by cut and formulated by many parts, total cost is reduced by designing one piece type products. |

HEAT RESISTANCE TYPE CVJ BOOT FOR CV JOINT |
Most front wheel drive or four wheel drive cars use constant velocity joint as a power transmission device. This constant velocity joint tends to be influenced by heat from exhaust because of emission control, high speeding, demand of compact shape, etc. CVJ Boot made by chloroprene rubber or TPE is not good at heat resistance so the rubber material which can endure such environment is needed. Keeper suggests silicone CVJ Boot because we can supply cheaper price. Currently, Keeper produces silicone CVJ Boot 300,000pcs. / month to adopt the high temperature of exhaust. |

DUST COVER ASSY FOR STEERING SHAFT |
As for the steering unit, handle is connected to the steering gear through the shaft. If there is an opening at the place of floor to pass through the steering unit, dust, wind, muddy water or sound will be invaded to inside of the car. It will disturb the comfortableness. Keeper develops and supplies high performance dust cover which keeps high sealing ability, flexibility and obstructing of sound. This dust cover is used for many cars and keeper produces 100,000pcs. / month. |

HEAT RESISTANCE TYPE SEAL FOR HUB BEARING |
Recently, it becomes common that oil seal which is assembled to bearing as one piece is used for the HUB bearing of passenger's car. However, the shaft diameter of Hub bearing for truck becomes wider to take more load, it will generate more heat. As the result, it is unbearable to use because of high temperature, oil seal and bearing is separated for most trucks. Keeper uses heat resistant rubber material to adopt the one-piece type hub bearing even for a truck use. We supply oil seal with heat resistant rubber material which is high endurance and low torque loss. This seal is mainly used for light truck for both domestic and overseas car maker. |

DYNAMIC DUMPER |
Constant velocity joint is used for the drive shaft of automobile. The length of constant velocity joint which is used for front wheel drive is different in left and right. Dynamic dumber is used because it is effective to add the load for the balancing of shaft. Dynamic dumber will influence to the drivability and it is very important parts because the matching between joint and car will influence to the movement of car directly. If the balance is lost, performance and value of the car will become worse. |

D-Spiral Seal |
The oil seals with helix for engines currently used in the market are provided with countermeasure to prevent the pumping amount from lowering as the main lip wears.
However, the weakness of this type of oil seal is that the main lip is apt to catch the foreign substance when it thrusts into between the lips from the atmosphere side, and is likely to cause oil leak. To solve this problem, D-Spiral Seal has been made by further improving the shape of the helix. D-Spiral Seal has increased the tolerability against the foreign substance from atmosphere side while it maintains the goodness of the oil seals with helix in the market. This product has comprehensively enhanced the reliability of the seal.
