The Harley-Davidson V-twin Millennium

Harley-Davidson motorcycles have always been soul-stirring machines. But now is a special time. We believe that the year 2000 marks the beginning of the Harley-Davidson V-twin millennium. After nearly a century of making riding history, we're headed full speed into the exciting territory of the next generation.

Now at the 33rd Tokyo Motor Show we're thrilled to share our proud heritage along with our vision for the 21st century. Welcome to "The pulsating beat of Harley-Davidson -past, present, and future. The V-twin millennium is here."

In the main area you'll find the "Millennium Time Capsule Project 2000," a very special program promoting our Harley-Davidson year 2000 models. Also on display are the completely revamped Softail and Heritage Softail Series bikes -including the new TWIN-CAM 88B FXSTD Softail Deuce which is being shown in Japan for the first time.

Other areas of the exhibit feature the rest of the year 2000 Harley-Davidson line-up, including several machines that visitors are free to touch and handle, plus a special collection of Buell motorcycles (American sports bikes equipped with Harley engines). Of course, everyone is also sure to enjoy the Haley-Davidson lifestyle section featuring HDC Harley-Davidson Motor Clothes and other products.

The scope of this year's Harley-Davidson exhibit is sure to satisfy one and all.
