W114 Fuji Oozx Inc.   Engine valves Intake valves that control the flow of gas to the combustion chamber made up of a mixture of fuel and air. Exhaust valves that control the flow of high-temperature gas generated within the combustion chamber. Both of these types of valves require strength, wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance and oxidization-resistance in the face of extreme temperatures.
  Cotters These are attached to the grooves at the ends of the valve frame and join the valve to the retainer. These products are manufactured by cold-forming, which is then followed by surface treatment, quenching and tempering, which enables them to maintain their wear-resistance when in contact with other parts, and because the inside is pliant, it helps them mold themselves to the sharp of other parts to make them perfect for joint applications.
  Aluminum retainers These perform the role of transmitting the power of the valve spring across to the valve via the cotter. Changing the material used for the retainers across to aluminum is unique to FUJI OOZX, and their lightweight and durable characteristics have been highly acclaimed.
  Valve Lift Sensor A displacement sensor which is meassurable amount of valve lifts during the Enginerunning. Our original displacement sensor adopting high frequency differential transducer can measure amount of valve lifts directly on actual equipped Engine without changing. Engine to measuring Engine even valve train parts and also our origibal displacement sensor can reduce sensor setting time drastically.
WP TMR Magnetic Sensor(Trade Mark:GIGS) We developed high performance magnetic sensor.It's higher resolution,lower powered rather than hole sensor and AMR sensor. Especially, low powered technology is the best performance in the world.And It's very suitable for electrical design because the chip size is under 50mil.
  Turbine wheel Turbo-charger is the system that the hot-side wheel is rotated by the energy of exhaust gas and the cold-side wheel which is connected to it through the shaft is also rotated , resulting in more Air into the engine than normal engine without Turbo-charger. The wheel produced by DAIDO CASTINGS.,co.ltd is used at about 1000℃ in case of maximum temperature . Because of high strength and heat resistance , the wheel could be rotating at 200,000rpm.
  Nozzle vane Turbo-charger with nozzle vane which is installed variable geometrically, improved the performance. At low speed, the exhaust gas is small volume. The vanes make the gas to work more efficient. However, at high speed the gas is large volume. The vanes make the gas volume smaller. The vanes produced by DAIDO CASTINGS.,co.ltd. are excellent high temperature performance,resuting in acurate control of Turbo-charger system.
  Housing The housing is a part of exhaust gas system. In case of gasoline engine ,the gas temperature rise higher. Therefore the housing material is required heat resistance and small weight. The casting process developed by DAIDO CASTINGS.,co.ltd. makes these requirements possible. And New material is developed for the housing of very reasonable price and good performance.
  Nd-Fe-B bonded magnet · 8 grades compression molding, 10 grades injection molding, various usage, proper grades.
