TS Tech: Motorcycle seat of multilayer pattarn molding technique with various color

Newly-developed cover forming technique has made it possible to project real-stitched appearance of trim cover. With adoption of this technique, we are able to simultaneously form different kinds of trim covers or materials without any seams, as well as transferring new and novel design such as multi-color pattern to a trim cover. Without giving up real-stitched appearance of trim cover, this production method removes damage to the seat pad by rainwater soaking, etc. which is seen in a conventional sewing method.
