CB1300 SUPER FOUR
For 2008, the CB1300 Super Four gets a host of performance-enhancing upgrades. A new programmed fuel injection (PGM-FI) system delivers improved throttle response and more linear power delivery. A new IACV (Intake Air Control Valve) gives more stable idling, and an auto-choke function is now featured. Chassis upgrades include a revised weight balance for lighter handling qualities. In short, the new Big-1 offers improved quality, comfort and rideability. Improving the bike's environmental friendliness is a new 3-way catalyzer (HECS3) which meets the Euro3 standards for exhaust emissions. The engine looks sharper too, thanks to a new Matt Axis Grey Metallic coating. Other improvements include a flatter seat for more comfortable two-up riding, a slick new instrument package, and trick handlebar grips. In short, the Big-1 is more rider-friendly and better looking than ever. A non-ABS model is also available.
