The B9 Tribeca is built at the Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA) plant in Lafayette, Indiana, and sold in the U.S., Canada and Chile from early summer of 2005. |
Impreza WRC 2006 prototype |
The prototype is based on the new Impreza, which was introduced in June 2005 in Japan. Subaru's car designers were in charge of its exterior designs, as they were for the current Subaru Impreza WRC 2005 rally car. With know-how fed back from rallying experience, the prototype incorporates aerodynamic designs and adopts systems to improve its competitiveness in rallying events.
