We develop and produce automotive parts of engine, brake, drivetrain and body related using various material, cast iron of our regular business, alminum and stainless steel and so on. We aim at contributions of the earth environment preservation and safety and comfort of driver by producing high performance and light parts using new material development and new process.
In this exhibition, we propose and introduce automotive parts which are disc rotor made from better vibration attenuation and high thermal conduction reduction cast iron material, high accuracy and light weight front corner brake unit, exhaust module to be compatible high generating power with low emission, exhaust manifold through casting achieved low cost through developing newly high heat resistant cast iron, door impact beam and A body pillar reinforcement to be compatible light weight with ultra-high tension through developing and adopting new process "die quench"and so on.
