Press Release Schedule and Noise Control during Press Briefings
Dear Exhibitors:
- Press Release Schedule
Press briefings will be held from 10:05 - 13:00 on October
29 (Tuesday) according to the following schedule. Each exhibitor
will be allotted 15 minutes with 5 minutes required for
members of the press to move from one booth to another between
briefings.

- Noise Control during Press Briefings
The following regulation shall be in effect during the Press
Day for the 36th Tokyo Motor Show: "Exhibitors in halls
where briefings are taking place (with the exception of
the company conducting the briefing) are prohibited from
making any noise while press briefings are in progress (10:05
- 13:00 on October 29 (Tuesday))." We request your
cooperation in this matter to ensure that members of the
media may gather press information in a quiet environment
on the Press Day.
