Patron's Visit to the Exhibition Area

The patron's visit to the exhibition area of the 36th Tokyo Motor Show is scheduled as follows. The patron and guests will walk through the entire Exhibition area starting from the East Hall. Exhibitors are advised to complete their greetings and explanations within the time allotted in the schedule. A rehearsal will be conducted from 5 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday, October 28. We would like to request your confirmed attendance at the rehearsal.

  1. Time
    Tuesday, October 29th 13:50 - 14:50

  2. Route
    Visitors' groups walk once through the entire International Exhibition Hall (East/Center/West Hall). (Please see attached reference.)
    Order of visit is as follows:
    East Hall (Road Safety Promotion Corner; Chiba Prefecture Corner; Vintage Commercial Vehicles Corner; Domestic Commercial Vehicles) >> Center Hall (Domestic / Overseas Commercial Vehicle Bodies; Joint Exhibition Corner of Vehicle Bodies) >> Outdoor Exhibition (Commercial Vehicles) >> West Hall (Domestic Commercial Vehicles; Working MotorcyclesĄCommercial Vehicles Supporting People's Life Corners; Parts)

  3. Tour Procedure
    The patron, His Imperial Highness ,and other guests will have a separate tour.
    We request that exhibitors assign two personnel, one for each group.

  4. Presentation by Exhibitors
    Presentations by the exhibitors will take place in order, along the tour route.
    Please make sure to complete the presentation within the allotted time. Since only an hour is scheduled for both groups' visit, each exhibitor is requested to be punctual to the minute. Also we strongly advise exhibitors to standby at the booth in advance since a little adjustment of the schedule can be expected. Standard etiquette is recommended for receiving the visitors.

  5. Departure of visitors
    The visitors take cars at the north side of the West Hall to return to the International Conference Hall through a service road.
