Newsletter to Exhibitors
Start of Online applications for Exhibitor
Documents
and Issuing of Exhibitor IDs / passwords
Dear Sir or Madame:
In order to improve the efficiency of operations
related to the submission of documents and various applications
by Exhibitors, the Tokyo Motor Show Dept. will implement an
online application process via the Internet in place of past
application methods, which required the submission of written
documents.
The online application system will become
fully operational next year, for the 37th Tokyo Motor Show
- Passenger Cars and Motorcycles (2003). As an introduction
to this change in operations, we kindly request that you complete
two applications ("Detailed list of exhibit items"
and "Application for use of electricity") using
the process outlined below.

- Scheduled start of applications: August 1 (Thurs.), 2002
- Exhibitor ID and Password:

ID (1) is for use by Exhibitors only to ensure confidential
handling of "Detailed list of exhibit items" and
other information. Please keep this ID and password strictly
confidential.
ID (2) should be used when agents or contracting companies
make applications on behalf of the exhibitor. For security
reasons, the exhibitor shall take responsibility for password
management to ensure that the password is not disclosed
to unauthorized parties.
