Design Concept Model FL1 / FL10
This prototype of future delivery vehicles, presented at one-fifth
its actual size, was created to explore the possibilities of commercial
vehicles. The rear body design is based on the assumption that
"swapping" of containerized cargo between heavy-duty
trucks and small city delivery vehicles will play an important
role in distribution systems.

This ceramic filter catches particulates in black smoke and incinerates

and H2O. ISUZU introduces a NOx catalyst that uses urea as a reducing
agent.
One-Way Cooled EGR System
By cooling recirculated exhaust gases to lower temperatures than
regular Exhaust Gas Recirculation devices, this system reduces
NOx emissions. In addition, check valves prevent air from flowing
backward through the EGR system, By limiting flow to one direction.
the system raises the efficiency of EGR technology.
