The new Jetta was announced in its home country of Germany in August 2005. This fifth generation Golf-based saloon model has been reborn into an elegant and sportier car. The model will be called under its unified name of Jetta at all parts of the world. One of the characteristics of the new Jetta is the interior space and luggage room which have been expanded markedly. The length of the interior is 1,740mm, or 54mm longer than the interior space of the Bora. This additional length will benefit passengers in the rear seat with the leg room extended by another 64mm. Also, the luggage room was widened 72 liters to 527 liters, boasting an astonishing size for this class of cars. |
