[2] Presentation Theme
  • Presentation Theme for Suzuki Automobiles "Make It Unique!"
"Make It Unique!" represents Suzuki's determination to "always create cars with originality;" the slogan is also an encouragement for everyone to "be a person with an individuality that cannot be copied."
Creating unique products with unique inspiration; discovering new enjoyment through original ideas that are different from others. Such is the theme for Suzuki's automobiles this year. On display will be concept cars, motorsports vehicles and production vehicles all created by Suzuki from such unique inspiration. The displayed vehicles will express new realms of "convenience enjoyment," and "gentleness" that can only be brought about by Suzuki.

  • Presentation Theme for Suzuki Motorcycles "Power to the Future"
Dreams, and thus the future, that people seek from motorcycles are varied:the "comfort" of being one with the flow of the wind; "excitement" that enraptures one's senses; "enjoyment" of sharing time with one's beloved motorcycle; "convenience" that enriches daily life; "technology" that presents a powerrul promise that such dreams can turn into reality.
At Suzuki, we believe it is our role to realize each dream and usher in an exciting future for motorcycles.
"Power to the Future" - under this theme, Suzuki booth will present, with sensation and satisfaction, the new realm of "comfort," "excitement," "enjoyment," "convenience" and "technology" that Suzuki will create to realize the dreams, and thus, the future.

The GSX-R/4 is a new-sensation lightweight sports car developed under the concept "a car can be so much fun in the 2lst century!" The GSX-R/4's high performance comes from mounting the 1.3-liter engine from the large Suzuki motorcycle Hayabusa 1300 onto a lightweight and highly rigid aluminum frame built using technology nurtured with Suzuki motorcycles, and covering it with a lightweight body built of environmentally benign recycled plastic material. The GSX-R/4 is Suzuki's suggestion for a car with new 2lst century ideas, bringing together designs for safety supported by the newest ASV technology and IT know-hows and the concept of "enjoyment of a car full of fun factors". Enjoy Suzuki's free and unique ideas and technology that the GSX-R/4 fully embodies.

    • Covie(a name derived from "communication vehicle")
The Covie is our suggestion for a small EV(Electric Vehicle) that responds to the challenges faced today. As for the method of electric supply for charging this environmentally benign EV, Covie uses a household fuel cell generating system which generates electricity from natural gas supplied to individual households. At the present stage, the problem of readiness of automobile fuel cell infrastructure is not solved yet, and so we believe this system is practical and highly promising. Covie also fully features information and communications technology designed to serve as the information link between car and people and between homes and household electrical appliances - an arrangement that should come about in the near future.
