Photo:F-1The winner of the world's first Grand Prix in 1900 (the Paris-Rambouillet GP), Renault has won the F-1 World Championship for Constructors for 6 consecutive years from 1992. The company's history stands on its motorsport history.
At the 1999 Tokyo Motor Show, the Renault booth displays the glorious Renault V10 F-1 engines at the front and 2 innovative concept cars; AVANTIME - heralds the arrival of the "luxury Coupé model, and FIFTIE - celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of the 4CV.
Several other models are meeting at the booth include the Lutécia Renault Sport V6 24V, the Scénic RX4 - first compact 4 x 4 activity monospace, the new Mégane Cabriolet, and the Twingo "BVR", that makes its world debut at the show.
