The '90s have seen a six-fold growth in Daewoo's annual production capacity which currently stands at 2.39 million units worldwide.

Daewoo offers a diverse selection of high-quality vehicles to fully meet the needs of its global customers.
Mini-vehicles include the ever popular Tico and the new best-selling Matiz.
The Lanos appeals to the subcompact-buyer and the Nubira to those preferring a balance of economy and compact car comfort. The highly aerodynamic Leganza is Daewoo's executive sedan.
For those in the market for luxury sedan, Daewoo offers the Chairman, produced under technical license with world- leading maker and Arcadia which is built under Honda technical License. Buyers of 4WDs can choose from the Musso and the Korando, which have distinguished themselves in Paris Daker Rally.
One of the highlights of 1998 was the launch of Daewoo's new mini-car Matiz which has been a phenomenal success capturing the number one sales spot in the domestic market. Since the start of exports in the second half of 1998, Matiz has had an overwhelming positive reception in overseas markets, particularly in Italy. Matiz will be launched in the end of 1999 in Japan.
